Any body fluid exchange can be infectious. Oral sex can be a route of transmission even though the other person did not ejaculate. The reason is the fluids released prior (precum). One should take the proper precautions even with oral sex. Having said that the chances are a bit lower for this method of transmission then unprotected intercourse but again the best way of staying negative is use protection.
