sharp pain?

i have this sharp pain in the middles of my chest when i breathe in or bend over, what does this mean?

Sometimes gas can get caught in that upper chest area. I've had it happen before and it was quite uncomfortable. But to find out for sure what is going on I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation to see what they think it is.
