i just bounced back from a very bad depression
clincal depression
but after 6 months i think i probably need more of the medicine
how do i deal with it

This can happen frequently with antidepressants. Your body can build a tolerance to the medication. If you feel that the medication is not working as well, then you need to contact the Doc who prescribed the medication. Depending on the medication and your current dosage, he/she will either increase it and/or prescribe a different medication. I hope that this was useful.

You should go back and see your practitioner, it depends on the medication but i would be surprised if you are needing a higher dose if you have bounced back like you suggest. You really need professional advice on this and shouldn't be looking for answers on here!
