At night, I wake up with pain in my sternum and then i get a weird feeling in my throat and my teeth hurt?

what could this be?

If your throat feels like it's tightening,i would absolutely go see a doc asap,my mother had all 3 of these feelings and it was a clogged artery by 90%.

Not to scare you but it could be cardiac related. Especially the part of it radiating up to your jaw. Don't mess around, go to see your doctor or Go to webmd and use the symptom finder or look up information on heart pain.
Hope it's just indigestion.
