fluid retention could cause this increase.
BUT
200 calories a day is nearly starving yourself.
Your body has probably realised this and has grabbed the opportunity to get as much out of the 2000 calories you ate yesterday. body's natural instinct to survive

Weight can vary by almost as much as half a stone between one day and the next! It also is quite important what time of day you weigh yourself. At any given moment your weight will depend on your hydration level and your bowel content.

Do not count calories!
The Body Mass Index is an empirical equation (based on measurements) that describes most of the population distribution in weight (normal, overweight, obese, etc.)
This is not applicable to everybody. For instance, based on the equation and the defined ranges, I am in the overweight category (as yourself). However, if you see me you will definitely agree that I am not!! Simply because I am athletic and the BMI equation is not applicable in this case...
Stop being a calorie account manager and start behaving in your won way for the wellness of your body and life.

Before you weigh yourself if you drink 2 litres of water even, you will weigh 2 kgs more. That means to say every 450 ml of water is equivalent to 1 pound. So there is no wonder if you have drunk so much water and weighed yourself.

Sometimes the time of day you weigh yourself can make a difference, depending on your day's intake also what you're wearing, etc. But since you weighed yourself in the morning none of that should make a difference.

I can't believe you are silly enough to reduce your calorie intake down to 200 a day.

eating just 200 cals a day you'll end up heavier eventually, you'll put your weight back on plus more. be sensible and exercise. you're not over weight so think positive instead of wanting to be thin.

Because crash diets never work and when you give your body decent food after virtual starvation it is going to cling to it.
