The average person (150 lbs.) can lose around 100 calories every mile they travel (whether walking, jogging, running, etc...) This is not completely exact, but it is a pretty good estimate. See how many calories are in your mince pie and then go from there. If you don't know, go to calorielab.com. It has a very complete list of the calories in all sorts of foods. It will also show you what you have to do to burn those calories.

They say you burn about 100 calories per mile at a steady walk. So, however many calories are in 1 mince pie. I'd say that's reasonable. Check out a can of soda :)

depends how many calories were in it, how much you weigh, how fast you're walking etc etc etc. in a small mince pie, i'd guess there's about 200 calories. me at 100lbs walking briskly for 30 minutes (probably 2 miles) burns 300 calories. maybe this will help you

well, that depends on many factors like how big your mince pie was, how many calories in it, how much you weight, how fast you're walking... but I think you don't have to walk THAT much.

Don't know, but I've seen some who are so fat, they'd have to walk parsecs to lose all that blubber.
