No I don't. But I do eat healthy as a rule. So when it comes to Christmas I think I am entitled to indulge a little. I won't go completely mad though.
Eating and drinking in moderation is the key.

Just don't have a big portion size for the first one and don't drink too much either because that will fill you up. Especially fizzy drinks. Stop eating your first one before you feel full.

i just despair and want to die! but yes i do tend to restrict a lot before, so i can lose 5 or 6lbs and not feel so bad when i gain it back again
