Hi, in july 2007 i started my diet and i was 245LBS now at this present day im 185LBS which is 13.4 stone. ive still got a belly and i want to slim down to about 11-11.5 Stone by Febuary 2008. When i go to the gym i just cannot be arsed to anything and just go back home or go out. Im 17.5 years old and i dont no what the right weight is for me. Im 5ft 10, 17 years old and 185LBS.
Ive just started on some tablets which they seem mint, they arnt loosing my weight but they stopping myself put on weight. I dont no what 2 do. Maybes go very strict on a diet and burn off more than what i eat.
I no inside i can do this, but i just need that extra push to get me there. In the gym im at no one goes cos its like in college and its empty at nite time, thats good cos i get all the machines lol :). But i wud prefer a packed atmospehere just to keep me going.
