I give in to it occasionally.

If you can have something sweet occasionally then the cravings aren't so bad. Just make sure you have a small amount like 1 or 2 cookies and not the whole bag. Also, limit yourself on how many you can take in a day. 1-2 cookies at a time is good, but not if you eat them 10 times in one day.
