I'd be curious to see what it is exactly that you're eating..many people think they're eating healthy but they're not hitting the right combination of carbs, fat, and protein. Do you keep a food journal? That's also a very helpful tool b/c then you really know what you're putting in your body. If it's that difficult for you to lose weight, I think it's time to see a physician - you may have a thyroid problem or some other condition like polycystic ovaries. Pills are generally never a good idea..too many side effects and can be damaging to your heart and other organs.

I think you should just go to a gym regularly, don't get a liposuciton, how will you explain that to your children. Go to LA weight loss. Don't starve yourself because if the enzymes in your stomach don't have food to breakdown, they eat away at the stomach, which would give you an ulcer which could become cancerous. Also, avoid eating too much protein because exess protein is stored as fat. Pills aren't worth it. So, good luck loosing weight, i'm struggling myself, it's not like i'm huge, but my tummy embarresses me, so do my arms, and so do my legs.

Look, I dont know you but those pills (despite being approved) are not the best way to go about losing weight. But if you are insistant, I would not mix the two together. Consult a doctor about this idea...
