hey i love my body but the onyl thing is is that i ahve love handles i mean ok i look great to my boyfriend but to me when i look in the mirror i see like a roll on my hips i HATE it .....
Can anyone help me with tips to loose it quick and effectivlly but something i can go around my school schedule i mean i eat as healthy as i can but u knwo school food i get salad most of the tiem but just walking 12 blocks to and from school and eatign salad wont do anything sure i play softball int he spring and in summer mess around with sports with my friends but thats nto much it's winter NOTHING to do for it now....plz help me anyway u can.......i want to be more confident in my body...and make myself look better in the mirror.....thanks any sugestions welcome!!!!
