i broke my ankle and im supposed to get the cast off next thursday. but i went today and they changed it (long story) and i could hardly move it and its so skiny im brickin it about getting it off any advice

That's normal. You haven't been using those muscles, so they've atrophied. You may get physical therapy to build it back up, or the doc may just say "go exercise it", probably depending on what your insurance covers.

But it has to come off sometime. The longer you wait, the more work it will be to build it back up. Just realize that you won't be able to use it 100% like you used to for a few months. Ask the doctor about some basic exercises you can do to strengthen it, and then follow his instructions.

I had the identical factor, First the solid was once top in your thigh then it was once reduce to my knee and that i would now not bend it for a at the same time however after extending and bending it over and over again i began running, WITH THE CAST and that i do cheerleading and it took approximately 3monthes after the solid was once eliminated until i would do whatever severe.

just be calm and collect your self it shouldn't bother you just make sure that you keep your self healthy,strong and collected.
