How can i loose 20 pounds fast in 2 weeks.......

If you lose 20 pounds in two weeks it would not be a healthy way to do it, and sorry but I honestly cannot support giving you answers that may harm you. If you want to lose 20 pounds it make take 7-8 weeks, but it would be healthy and chances are the weight will stay off as well. Try exercising and eating right, 6 small portions a day, avoiding fats and sugars. Best of luck.

if your lile me, you want to loose the weight for christmas or whatever holiday you celebrate. well, its not a good idea to loose 20 lbs in 2 weeks. however, 6 pounds a weeek is more reasonable. Exercise a lot (3-4 times a day, doing jumping jacks, crunches, pushups, side leg lifts, cardio, anerobic and anerobic workouts are all great. just google any of them to find amazing workouts!) eat fruit for breakfast, a salad and water or diet soda for lunch and a diet snack bar (lile special K or Kashi go lean) with fruit and water. drink tons of water every day (like 8-10 glasses) and remember to not eat if your bored. Splurging on chocolate once in a while is okay. Also, if you want something sweet get diet jello. only drink low-fat skim milk! good luck!

20 pounds in 2 weeks is a lot to ask. Try going to a body wrap place. Anything other than that is very unhealthy. Especially if you are not that overweight.

cut off ur arm, no way on this earth can u loose 20 pounds in 2 weeks. The most ive lost is 7lbs in one week, but that was not eating much and buring off S*** loads

Work out more and eat right, don't forget that you'll need to drink more water, drinking cranbery juice helps clean out your system. That's how i accidentally lost like 15 pounds in a week. It's annoying, when i want to gain weight, i stay the same, when i want to stay the same, i lose weight, when i want to lose, i gain.

thats dangerous, normal and long lasting weight loss should not be lost that fast but to loose the most and fastest you should cut out all sugars eat 6-8 small (like snack size) meals a day and run, run, run(its cardio your body will respond best to it)!
