Hi, in july 2007 i started my diet and i was 245LBS now at this present day im 185LBS which is 13.4 stone. ive still got a belly and i want to slim down to about 11-11.5 Stone by Febuary 2008. When i go to the gym i just cannot be arsed to anything and just go back home or go out. Im 17.5 years old and i dont no what the right weight is for me. Im 5ft 10, 17 years old and 185LBS.

Ive just started on some tablets which they seem mint, they arnt loosing my weight but they stopping myself put on weight. I dont no what 2 do. Maybes go very strict on a diet and burn off more than what i eat.

I no inside i can do this, but i just need that extra push to get me there. In the gym im at no one goes cos its like in college and its empty at nite time, thats good cos i get all the machines lol :). But i wud prefer a packed atmospehere just to keep me going.

you need motivation

first, congradualtions on that weightloss, that's phnemonal! and it sounds like you really want to get going which is great!

You need to look at pictures of models, or think about your ex's or the people that make you mad or something. Think about what you want and what it's going to take at the gym to get it (you know what I'm talking about) Your not pushing yourself at the gym that's your problem.

Try some new things, swimming, running (I know that one sucks) different lifts. The best advice I can give you is to go with a partner that will push you, but it's hard to find someone. You should push yourself and not let yourself leave till you've accomplished a lot. Make yourself stay, and show yourself what you can do, that's all I can offer.

Personally I think about everything that makes me mad, all the people that used to make fun of me, all the things I've done wrong and then take that frustration out on the weights, it feels really good, after the gym the feelings are gone, and I get a good workout. give it a try.

i think 185 from 245 is way good and your tall so you probley look good right now just now good enough for you but 50llbs in 5 mths is amazing how did you do it keep up the good work
