usually i dont feel hungry at all when i get home from the gym, i did 45 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes walking at incline on the treadmill and 30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise on the elliptical, with varying resistance. Today when i just got home i felt so hungry!! so i ate 2 bowls of special k with skim milk. today i have only had a protein drink, some oatmeal and a piece of low fat cheese so far...should i eat dinner or just leave it now??
