I'm sick and tired of people complaining that they're sick and crap. If people would excercise, they would dramatically decrease the risk of alot of sickness. (I know this from experience).

Hi Shawn D. Most people deny that exercise can prevent lots of illnesses because they are lazy. They do not want to workout. They know in their minds that they should but they do not want to. They would rather blame something else. Yes, it upsets me too. There should be a fine or punishment for being overweight. Stay fit for life! I wish you health and happiness!

Most people deny the benefits of eating right and exercising because it would mean they are not doing something right. We want to blame anything but ourselves for any problem that occurs, including getting sick, being fat and being tired all the time.

While some diseases are not affected by exercise, most common things (like cold and flu) are. When you are healthy, your body is stronger to fight of these bacteria and viruses to get you back to full strength quicker. But just ignoring the facts gives people something to complain about.

It's all about not admitting our faults and failures and passing the buck when it comes to taking responsibility for our actions. If we ignore the medical evidence, we can't be wrong. And who wants to be wrong?

they don't want to exercise. Bigger people claim that they do exercise, but I know that they do not get enough exercise compared to the amount of foods they take in.
