fish and veggies. I like to have a combination of cooked vegetables and raw veggies with my main meals. the raw veggies would be in a salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil the cooked veggies are typically steamed.

you need to add some form of protein to your breakfast, what you have listed is all carbs. the Special K bar and bread is nothing but carbs as well. a much better lunch would be some skinless poultry and either a salad or cut veggies like carrots, celery sticks, etc. each meal needs to have a decent portion of protein.

You are not eating right. You need protein with every meal along with fresh fruits and vegetables. Stop eating processed foods they are ladened with sugar. Suggestions: breakfast whole wheat toast with natural peanut butter, oatmeal with silvered almonds, eggs with cheese, lean sausage, Lunch: grilled chicken garden salad, sandwich with whole grain bread or pita bread, Dinner: chicken, fish, turkey with roasted, steamed fresh vegetables, baked or sweet potatoes. Eating fresh foods is much healthier than eating all processed foods. Have fresh fruit for in between meals.
