RE:
does making yourself sick after a meal help you loose weight?

yeah it helps loose weight but it also means if you do that then you have a eating disorder.....this may also lead to many other problems like acid in your throat which deterates something in there and the acid rots your teeth eventually.....making yourself sick is just an easy way out ......try like running or working out everyday for 3months and eating right and then you'll see some real results that you did on your own which will make you feel good at the soem time.......getting sick to make you skinny is retarded and it makes you the laughing outcast if anyone finds out.....

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

No, b/c your body keeps most of the calories that you already ate even if you throw up right away. Plus, the stomach acid that comes up will give you major heart burn, plus your face will become puffy from the effort of throwing up. After a while, the enamel on your teeth will erode from the stomach acid.

This is also a mental illness/eating disorder known as bulimia. Your best bet is to eat healthy and exercise if you want to lose weight.

Yeah you might loose a few pound but then when you don't want to do it anymore you body will just make you throw up whatever you eat and most people end up in hospital being fed by a drip and it could also lead to death, please don't do it if you need to loose weight then do it the proper way.

Here are some changes that you can incorporate into your life now that will take some weight off, and more importantly keep it off.

Drink more water
Don't drink any soda, even diet soda has a lot of sodium [salt] which will keep water in your body.
Eat more fruits and veggies, less processed food and fatty meat.
Cut out the junk food. Learn more here:

Your stomach contains an acid - hydrochloric acid. When you vomit this is forced up the tube which connects your stomach to your throat (the oesophagus).
As you probably know, acid burns, so you are effectively pouring a burning liquid all the way from your stomach, to your mouth, resulting in damage to the delicate linings all the way. This can cause ulceration in your stomach, your oesophagus, your throat, your tongue and mouth. It also destroys the enamel on your teeth, so they rot.
Frequent vomiting puts unnecessary strain on your heart and, because liquid which your body needs is being ejected, you risk damaging your kidneys, too.
Have you heard of the singers "The Carpenters"?
Karen Carpenter died at a young age because of bulimnia - making herself vomit.
So, I think, all in all, induced vomiting is not such a good idea - what do you think?

It doesn't.
It actually makes you gain weight bc your body doesn't receive then food it needs to function. When your body realizes that it's not getting food often it actually retains/creates new fat cells. It's like a camel's hump. It doesn't know when it's going to get fed again so it keeps a back up.
You only make yourself fatter.
And hurts your throat and breaks down the enamel on your teeth due to all the stomach acid.
