I've been trying to lose weight since, like, August. I set small goals for myself, like--losing 3 pounds. Then 3 more pounds. So far, I've lost nothing. It's really starting to make me mad. I usually eat around 990 calories a day. I eat 140 for breakfast, 165 for lunch, about 190 for snacks, and the rest for dinner (around 250 usually). But I usually eat a little more than that. Because I keep careful track of what I eat. I don't eat chips, don't eat fast food, fried food, soda, sugar drinks. But once a week (because it's the proper way to diet), I eat a slice or two of homemade, low-fat pizza. I drink about 5 or 6 cups of water each day (I try to anyway). I lose a pound or two during the week, then on the weekends, I somehow gain it back. I weigh myself everyday during weekends (just to make sure I don't mess up drastically). I keep my calories the same during weekends. And I still manage to gain 1-1.5 pounds back over the weekend. Completely ruining my week's work....WHAT CAN I DO?!!
