they are a heavily processed food item and should be consumed in a very limited quantity. if the food item is not naturally occurring it is not good for the health. there are no plants or trees that bear packages of Top Ramen noodles

Accessories: Egg yolk, inexperienced onion, julienned white onion, sliced meat of any variety, mushrooms. Recipes: --Just the noodles: cook dinner the ramen just about like usual, besides upload a million/two the water and a million/two the seasoning. Cook till all liquid has been absorbed, then revel in! I like crushing mine into spoon-sized portions earlier than cooking. --Pasta: Cook the noodles (possibly upload like a million/four of the packet for taste), then drain and upload your favourite pasta sauce to it. --Ramen and cheese: cook dinner such as you have been making pasta, then upload both slices of Kraft singles or Velveeta. --Pho: If you prefer (and even realize) what pho is, rather of the rice noodles I like utilising ramen noodles rather. Tastes nice!

the noodles are fine...it is the broth...loaded with sodium...you need to double your intake of water to counteract that much salt...better to eat a low sodium variety or just have the noodles.
