I know its not allergies...

Ok this might help..othewr symptoms:
-some chest pain when I breathe in
-when I workout the chest pain is worse when I inhale and I have some mild difficulty breathing (I am very fit, a pro athlete, so this is highly unusual)
-fatigue
-the other night I was whistling when I took a breath in, but not anymore
-I'm a very healthy girl and never get sick...so I'm worried

I've had bronchitis in the past and typically the cough was accompanied with a fever. Remember that bronchitis is an infection and would need to be treated with antibiotics. Do your lungs itch? If they do and you have a fever, you probably do have it.

Yes, or possibly walking pneumonia, so you should see a doctor and possibly have a chest x ray.

Until you see the doctor, I've heard Vicks vaporub on the soles of your feet helps you sleep.

Check with a Doc. When I have a prolonged cough like that it is usually due to allergies.

Have you seen the doc yet? You can't just diagnose yourself...
If you're not getting any better, go see a doctor.
