I have a good amount of caffeine in the morning (it's the only way I can get through the day) and I don't get hungry for a couple hours, but then around 11 or 12 I get severe hunger pains, it comes on suddenly and it seems like no matter how much I eat I am still hungry!

What can I do about this (without losing the caffeine)?

Coffee actually is more like an appetite suppressant.
Eat big breakfast and then every 2-3 hours like you and everybody else should (that's 5-6 small meals a day)
Drink lots of water (at least 8 glasses a day)
