tell me some techniques or something... like sitt-ups? or wutever that works

diet - reducing body fat percentage.
we cant spot reduce and sit ups will only make it look bigger because all they do is build muscle underneath the belly fat - they dont burn any fat.
cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week.
5-6 small meals a day, lots of fruit and veggies, protein, complex carbs, healthy fats, lots of water.
