I have been to both and still see a chiropractor regularly for a chronic back condition

Chiropractic medicine is based on the theory that the spine has sublaxations or misalignments that affect the nevous system, digestive system and your general wellbeing.

Physiotherapy or Physical therapy is based on the body physics (muscles and ligaments) and getting them back into condition after an injury or chronic problem. Exercise and massage are often incorporated into both therapies.
