I've been trying to lose weight since, like, August. I set small goals for myself, like--losing 3 pounds. Then 3 more pounds. So far, I've lost nothing. It's really starting to make me mad. I usually eat around 990 calories a day. I eat 140 for breakfast, 165 for lunch, about 190 for snacks, and the rest for dinner (around 250 usually). But I usually eat a little more than that. Because I keep careful track of what I eat. I don't eat chips, don't eat fast food, fried food, soda, sugar drinks. But once a week (because it's the proper way to diet), I eat a slice or two of homemade, low-fat pizza. I drink about 5 or 6 cups of water each day (I try to anyway). I lose a pound or two during the week, then on the weekends, I somehow gain it back. I weigh myself everyday during weekends (just to make sure I don't mess up drastically). I keep my calories the same during weekends. And I still manage to gain 1-1.5 pounds back over the weekend. Completely ruining my week's work....WHAT CAN I DO?!!

You see, I have cereal for breakfast during the week. And on Saturdays I have a cooked breakfast (my mom makes it). So, I kinda have to eat it. But that messes up my whole day--even if I barely eat enough to be full. It's driving me CRAZY! When I miraculously manage to lose a pound or two, no matter how hard I try (I could probably starve myself and still gain weight during the weekend), I manage to gain it back. I HATE IT!! I hate my body! I have having huge legs and a big butt! I'm tired of not being thin like the other girls in my class. I don't care what you say, I'm going to lose the weight...
No all I need is some easy, inconspicuous, guaranteed way to lose about 1-3 pounds a week. And I don't mind if I don't lose any during the weekend. It's keeping it OFF that I'm worried about. I don't care if I lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. I can keep it off (trust me--once I lose enough weigh, I'm pretty much in control. It's the small 1 pound subtractions that tick me off....)

Does stretching count as 'exercise'?? It's like yoga....

Also, how can I look like Miley Cyrus? Like, her legs and body shape? I HATE being wide hipped (most of it's fat, anyway). I'm 5' 2" and 122 pounds.

Hi MJ :) The article is really an intriguing learn. While I look to accept as true with those indexed, I might, nevertheless, rather like one exact style spawning offender indexed within the best five. While I have no idea which exact name kicked off the "zombie" fad, however there was a slew of zombie films. This style, I individually uncover tasteless and a whole waste. BA : Although data record Avatar as the highest global blockbuster (so much to the chagrin of many right here on Y!A), I individually consider Jaws and Jurassic Park must be greater at the record. BBA : The Terminal / Shawshank Redemption (bigger) BA3 : Girl with Dragon Tattoo - disillusioned on account that of it no longer being a real edition of the publication - 6.five/10

without exercise it is impossible to maintain losing weight. Although I think your too young to be so obsessed with your weight a good exercise program is the key to keeping off the weight. But you must remember that at your age you will continue to gain weight until you are grown. I won't bother to tell you that you are starting at this age a very serious problem that will in most cases lead to an early death

your caloric intake is too low, it's that simple. the absolute bare minimum caloric intake should be an amount equivalent to your BMR. but most people need to ingest more calories than the BMR requires just to lose weight.

your low calorie diet has slowed your metabolic rate, this is all basic human biology.
