I have noticed that I have painless lump in my lower left side of my neck. It wasn't painful.It is getting bigger and it is hard. What could that be? I am not so worried since it is painless. Anybody here that had the same thing before?Please help!Thanks alot!

Yesterday I worked out reallly hard, and now today I feel terrible! I thought working out was suppossed to make you feel better! Anyhow, my muscles are really sore. Do you know of any streches that would releive the pain? And also, do you think the pain would cause tiredness and my stomach to hurt? Thanx a ton!

my eyes feel sorta tired, i got a headache today during class, i felt sorta whoozy! and like my eyes just feel weird! but i can see perfectly. but my mom and sis said that you don't realize you can't see until you get glasses??

I am at the end of my rope, I can't take this anymore. I was in a pretty bad car wreck in Jan, in which I sustained a neck injury. The only problem is, it's all soft tissue damage. It took me six months to go back to work! Now, I'm seeing a neurosurgeon/pain specialist who thinks I'm a drug addict or something because of my age(22). This pain is ruling my whole life. My "pain doctor" won't do anything. There are days I can't get out of bed (today). I'm in tears. It hurts and nothing I can do helps. I've tried everything known to man (OTC) and still no relief. I am already suffering from depression because it all and I can't take this pain anymore on top of that. Does anyone have any suggestions? I know I could go to the ER or something, but that's only temporary and going into an ER basically for pain meds, tends to throw up red flags (I know, I work in an ER). Please help me!

Sometimes my eyes hurt [by my eyebrow bone]

Does that mean that my eyes are worsening, or getting better....?



I do not wear contacts [but sure wish I did.]
I have glasses, but do not wear them.
I wear makeup to school everyday [eye liner and eyeshadow, sometimes mascara], but on vacation I do occasionally [mascara and a nude brown eyeshadow.]



Help please!

I woke up this morning and my throat hurts. It's not the normal kind of pain though, where the tissue inside hurts. It only hurts when I swallow. It's not a sharp pain or anything, just a dull ache deep in my throat when I swallow that's a little uncomfortable. Oddly, it doesn't really hurt when I eat just when I swallow saliva. What should I do? I usually gargle with salt water, but this doesnt feel the same as a normal sore throat. It doesnt feel as if salt water would even reach this part of my throat.

I met my bf and got comfertable,travelled australia and 6 wks in a camper van i put on DEFINATLY a stone. i never ever ever worried about my weight before cos i never had any, yeah i had a bit of belly boobs and a bum but i never weighed myself never dieted etc etc. so come jan07 i am feeling like 10 tonne tessy and need to do something fast, hit weight watchers and started aerobics and lost about a 7lbs. yay me.. now.. this is the problem. i've been healthy eating and exercising 3 times a week since may. i have been so so good and doing my gym routine which is a good mix of weights and cardio, but the other 7pds aint budging. my gym is 200mts rowing, lots of weights for upper body abs&legs 12mins interval running and walking and 10 mins on stairs. finish with either a swim or 15mins on crosstrainer. then warm down. i reviewed my plan and am now on my 2nd phase and doing well, can feel it working really well but the weight aint coming off. i eat healthy exercise 3 times a wk.. help!

is it possible for someone to get herpes or any other infections or disease when you swim in the public pool? i recently have being going to the pool a lot this summer. Also, i once used my sister's shaving stick when i was 9 years old, and i used my mom's shaving stick when i was 10 and the half years old. do you think it's possible to get any kind of disease or infections that they might had have from them? i asked my mom if she had any STD or nasty infections, she told me to never ask her that kind of questions agian. i also asked my sister, but she wont answer me completly. i haven't seen a doctor for a almost a year now because i lost my ID, so i can't go to a doctor, thats why i really need to know the answers to this questions. my mom said i wont see a dcotor till i get a new ID, which is probable about 3 months from now. plus, i'm a teenager now, and my hormon is pretty high and demanding. please help me, please please please.

i have always been chubby. i work out like every day and i friggen do great 2 weeks, and then completely eat like crap the next two. i was working out about every day for half a month and eating like a gem in the begining of august and the last 2 weeks i went away and ate like crap and got home today and ate like crap and feel fat again. the sad thing is, i go back to school next week and wanted to look thin, i was on my way, but i always let myself down.

Can someone help me. i always do great then mess it all up i feel like im going to be fat forever. i am going to go see a nutritionist tomorrow, will they help me lose 10 lbs??

I got my belly button pierced yesterday, and i had no problem with it beforehand. i wasn't very nervous, or scared cause i have no problem with needles, as i've had plenty. I've also had my ear pierced and i was also fine.

But yesterday, after i had walked out of the piercing place, and into the shop next door to see my friends, i felt really dizzy, my vision went funny, i couldn't hear, i thought i was going to faint, i had to sit on the floor of the shop and put water on the back of my neck and hold a plastic bag as i thought i was going to throw up.

How come this happens to me?

My top front two teeth are facing inwards a bit. Not too much. I always wanted to fix it but never got around to it. Now i was wandering could i fix it my biting down on the top of a water bottle and pulling forward everyday for a set amount of time? Will that pull my teeth forward after a while?

i had my ears peirced 3 weeks ago, 2 on my ear lobes and one at the top. a few days after getting them done the left bottom one swelled up. went down, with some extra cleaning and was no problem. yesterday in the matter of about 2 hours my top ear peircing swelled up to twice the size as normal, throbing away and nothing i've done all day has helped!
i've tried extra cleaning solution, surgical sprit, creams, sprays, salty water but nothing seems to help, infact it's getting worse! any one got any other ideas to help with the swelling?

anything would be helpful! ideally i'd like to keep it but if it has to come out its hardly the end of the world!
