You either have a health condition that needs to be looked at by a doctor or you need to start drinking high protein shakes.

Start with crushed ice in a blender (2cups of ice)
2 scoops of vanilla frozen yogurt
2 Tablespoons of peanut butter
1/2 Banana( peeled )
4-5 clean and green stem removed Strawberries
Add your Soy Protein powder
And some 2% or less milk just enough so it will not be too thick or too thin.

Remember eating junk foods and fast food should not be a choice to put on weight for those things are just as unhealthy to you as they are to one that is overweight.

Eat healthy and do weight bearing exercises to build muscle mass and give definition to your body.
If your not doing it you could use some vitamins as well at least a multivitamin.
Eat several times a day with snacks that should be 6 times as day you will be eating healthy foods and snacks.
Drink plenty of water and make sure your getting fiber foods in this diet.

I used to be like that. Ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. Don't worry about it, enjoy it, because it might catch up to you one day, especially if you start having children. Fast food is junky though, so start eating healthier food. If you want to gain, eat more carbs and meats and pizzas and healthier subs with lots of mayo, things like that, not McD's and the like, Eat more often and keeping it at the same amount each time. If you are exercising a lot, that could have something to do with it, and age and hereditary factors too.

Are you young, even so, your metabolism is probably fast. Your body burns calories real fast. Your body process food quicker than it can store fat. Either that or you have a tape worm, but I doubt that. Good luck and try drinking weight gainer and maybe eat more right before you go to bed.

Just make sure you dont have extra then 10 grams of carbs the entire day.

you may just have a high metabolism that is causing you to burn calories by not doing much. it's not very healthy to not eat until 2 unless that is when you are sleeping until. as you get older your metabolism will slow down and you won't have this problem anymore. if you are looking to gain weight then monitor the number of calories you eat on a regular basis and double it, if you can comsume that much.

You're just young and have that incredible metabolism. Cherish these days, hon- someday you'll only wish that was your problem, LOL.

Seriously, though, if you are really concerned, get your thyroid checked.
