stress is a big factor in migraines, too much computer work, or spinal misalignment. The only way you're going to know is after you see your medical doctor. Place an ice pack On the back of your neck for fifteen minutes and lay quietly in a darkened room. Repeat this several times a day. This should help. Advil liquid capsules are very good for pain.

There are usually different causes of migraines. The usual causes are stress, hormones, and allergies. It is best that you go see your doctor to find out what is causing them. He will not order an MRI or CatScan until all other cures have been taken into consideration due to the fact of their EXTREME cost. Basically all a migraine is is a restricted blood vessel in your brain. It can be caused by many things. I am a chronic migraine sufferer (we still have not found a specific cause for mine). They prescribed me a daily med of Propranolol (high blood pressure med that is also used for treatment of migraines) and then hydrocodone as needed for EXTREME pain. They can also prescribe Imetrex (created to treat migraines) for them. Your doctor will tell you what to do and how to treat them. Good Luck

The doctor will clue you in.
It could be anything from allergies to something very serious.

Good thing you are getting it checked out.
