Sounds like you have DOMS (delayed onset of muscle soreness). This occurs 24-72 hours following exercise that involves a lot of eccentric muscle contractions (slow lengthening of the muscle fibre followed by quick shortening cycles). This type of activity increases the amount of lactic acid in the muscle which causes the pain.... Exercise will make you feel good because of the release of hormones called endorphins/ opioid, but you have to slowly increase the intensity or your fitness! DOMS does make you feel tired/ fatigued and your core muscles/ abdominal were probably over worked!
To recover keep yourself well hydrated, eat food with plenty of potassium (eg# bananas), DONT take anti-inflammatories because the research suggests they don't work and can prolong the DOMS, under take some warm water exercise/ hydrotherapy and try a gentle massage.
Stretching before and after exercise is important to reduce the effects of DOMS and prevent injury!!! stretches are sustained holds and should be held from 20 to 30 seconds and repeated three times!! You can find plenty of stretches on the Internet if you are interested.
Best of Luck!!!

If you first stretch out all of the muscles that are sore it will help with any other treatment that you do. Dump as much ice as you can into a bathtub and fill it up with cold water. As hard as it is, sit in it for 10-15 minutes. Don't worry, it isn't that bad after the first 2 minutes. Once out, wear dry clothes that keep you warm. Stretch again once your body has warmed up. Any muscles that are extremely sore, rub icy hot on them, and you will feel a difference within 5 hours usually! This excercise can cause you to be tired, and possibly your stomach to hurt depending on what you ate!

Sore muscles are normal at first. It'll get better after a while.
Make sure you alternate the muscle groups you work on.
Stretch before excercising to avoid injury and cool down afterwards, with some more stretches.
A hot shower or bath will help, you can also try ben-gay on sore shoulders or backs.
Tiredness is normal too, if your stomach hurts you might not drink enough.

You can ice specific areas for 20 mins on 20 mins off to cause swelling to go down - works great for back pain. Also, eating bananas gives you more potassium and that helps to rid you of some muscle aches. Other than that, try drinking plenty of water and doing stretches (gentle ones). Only work out every other day to give your body time to heal before you build more muscle.

You need to work up to exercise gradually. You can hurt all over if you do too much. Take a few very hot showers alternating with cold. Put an ice pack on the muscles that hurt the most and if you aren't allergic, take an anti-inflammatory, but please follow the directions carefully and don't take them on an empty stomach!
