I used to weigh 420 lbs. I found out that every so often you'll plateau and no matter what you do you don't loose for a while (like maybe 3 - 4 weeks). When you're loosing people don't notice and when your not they'll say "Wow, you look so thin".
I think that your body looses and then it's like the insides have to catch up. You don't loose actual weight during this time but everything tightens up and then when that's done you go back to loosing again. I weigh 180 now and am still working at it, so just keep strong and you will win. Muscle weighs more than fat but you will be so much healthier with it. It's not luck its perseverance. You go, girl.

Don't judge your weight with a pair of scales. Judge it with a full length mirror.
Strip down and have a critical look at yourself in the mirror. That will tell you if you need to lose anymore "weight", SPELL that "FAT". Remember, muscle weighs more than fat and takes up less room for a given weight. With your routine it wouldn't surprise me if you had put on 10 pounds of meat and removed twice that much fat. Look in the mirror, if you are a drop dead, stone cold fox then you don't need to lose more weight just go on maintenance and enjoy your new figure.

BTW, women fill up with fat just like a barrel. Generally it starts with the thighs, hips, waist, bust, shoulders and face in that order. And they lose weight in the reverse. Look for changes starting from the top down. If your bras are becoming to large for you, you are making progress. At least that's what a woman trained once told me.
