i heard you gain weight, is that true?

what's actually involved with a "healty diet". cause practically all of my meals are fast food /junk food, and i want to make a change in my eating habits.

I am a 32 year old male who has smoked heavily for almost 18 years. Last week I had excruciating pain underneath my right shoulder blade. It was so bad I was getting nauseous from the pain when I took a breath. The next morning when I coughed up the regular phlegm that smokers have in the morning, there was bright pink blood in the phlegm. I went to my doctor immediately but could only get a nurse practitioner, but I was assured that an MD (not a radioloigst) would look at my chest xray. They didn't see anything in the xray (the general practitioners at the office) but I felt the pain and saw the blood and I'm really worried, and need some advice on what to do next.. Obvioulsy I should quit smoking - which is what I'm going to do... I have a scrip for Chantix, this has scared me enough that I am quitting..
Should I insist on seeing a lung specialist? Should I get someone else to look at the xray? I'm relatively young but the pain and the blood really scared me...

I constantly worry something I say no matter how innocent will be interpreted as sexual harassment. I was accused once, nothing came of it, but it doesn't stop the anxiety. In my mind, everything is sexual harassment, so I avoid contact with women at work.

Currently I take Prozac along with risperdal for anxiety, depression and some paranoia I was experiencing. The problem is that the Prozac has zapped my libido and have heard that Wellbutrin can actually help with the sexual side effects. I've told my psychiatrist about the side effects but keeps putting off a prescription change. Has anyone taken wellbutrin with risperdal? Does Wellbutrin also help with anxiety?

my eyes are really killing me. i THINK it might have been because i've cried every single day since sunday, and it started hurting right after i cried on monday. so does anyone know i can get them to stop hurting. its giving me a horrible headache, bad enough where i can't do alot of things anymore. so anyway, thanks.

My computer addiction has gotten so bad, that I think it's ruining my grades, and my life. I spend HOURS at the computer sometimes. When I'm not at the computer, I keep thinking about it, and I get somewhat irritable.
What should I do? Going to a therapist is not an option for me. my parents won't take me for some reason.

I've been on penicillin for about 2 days and it didn't seem to help and I called the dentist emergency line and the dentist prescriped another type of antibiotic because the penicillin didn't seem to help but either way the pain is still hanging around. I get the tooth extracted in about 5 days.

My great-grandmother is 81, she was just diagnosed with breast cancer. What are the living chances, she underwent some sort of surgery yesterday/today, I don't know what is going on completely because my mom is trying to shelter me from it because I am fourteen. I found posts that seem to suggest no one should masturbate until adulthood. This is just absurd. Then someone suggested women can't even orgasm until they hit their twenties? I'm half expecting to soon stumble across questions like “can you get pregnant from kissing?” or “can you get AIDS from a toilet seat?” I guess those sex education classes that are forced on us as children aren't working.
