im too hypersensitive to brush my teeth and i couldnt talk until i was 5! i get special help but thats kinda rarely. i still cant even say toilet! i can write it though. my parents dont belive me but my doctor says i am. i cry a lot but i dont no why.

okay i dont get it....which types of foods hold the good carbs and which hold the bad? someone said that potatoes hold bad carbs which doesnt make sense to me. its a veggie. u'd think carbs from fruits, veggies, whole grains would all be good....whats wrong with potatoes??

I am a 15 year old black boy who lives in Nottingham, I live with my mother, my grandmother, four sisters and one brother (who i dont talk too.) I am never allowed out of my house too see my friends or do anything that I want too do. My mother constantly says that she doesnt want me living with her, because I have no respect for her, yet everyone else I meet says that I am a nice child who is vey poliet.

I dont live with my father and I have never seen him before, my mother often says she regrets having me because I am no good and have no ambition, which I dont believe is true. My mother says that I'm not allowed out because I am a young black boy, and that I am a moving target for other young black boys too shoot or stab etc. I am only ever allowed out to places my mother wants too go and im only ever allowed out with an older member of my family. It is the six week holidays and prior to them I have become extremely depressed, and I feel very alone and unhappy.

Please help!

Any advise for what I shlould do now? I suspected this for awhile, as I'm awlays aching and tired. My sister has it bad, she was diagnosed in her 20's, and now she's on Enbrel. Any dietary suggestions? Holistic treatments? I'm 48, my sister is now 52. Thanx for any help.

i wouldnt say im overweight. but onli my stomack shows a bit out. because i dont have like a really big chest to like over loook my stomack..so it is more notice able. but like i am already doin sit ups everynight. i need to get in better shape. any advice? should i change my eating habits? because i am a really junk food lover..and not a big fan of vegables.

and can all these eating changes and exerised can help me lose my double chin? because i dont want it.

I've had this problem for a while and I can't find anyone else with it.

Sometimes it feels like my head is hot and burning up from the inside. I check my temperature and it is normal.
Does anyone have any idea what this may be caused by?

It sometimes happens after I eat or when I wake up but can occur at any time of the day

How long will these symptoms continue. I am able to keep toast down, but the tummy is still not happy & my head is about to explode with the typical light & sound ultra-sensitivity, blurred vision, etc. I haven't had a migrane in many months and this one's not responding to 5 mg of oxycodone + naproxin, I'm pretty sure its still the food poisoning response, and it will help me to get through it if I know how long I have to hang-in there. .(the "poor babys" & cyber hugs will help too :} )

And yes, I saved the can & its remaining contents for the FDA on Monday & no, it had no bulges, but it did have a strong "can" taste (which is why most of it remains) & I realize now that the little spurt of juice when I opened it probably wasn't just from falling & rolling around on the floor when I took it from the cupboard!

I'm 22 and in the past whenever I needed to lose 5 or 10 pounds, I'd do Weight Watchers and lose the weight. For some reason, this past year- the weight is not coming off. I've done WW just like in the past and have even tried Slim Fast and I cannot lose a pound. I cannot think of anything that has changed in the past year except for my job (which has been better for my eating habits- I snacked alot at my old job- without weight gain might I add!!). My new job is in radiology- I'm an x-ray tech. I really wonder if that would have anything to do with it??? Could I possibly have developed a thyroid problem because of being exposed to little bits of radiation????

Hi, I just have sex for the 1st time 2 weeks ago, and my bf use condom. Few days after sex, my breast is sore, and nausea. And i got abdominal cramp. I slipped on the floor in a local Wal Mart store last week. One of their employees had been mopping and failed to put up one of those "wet floor" signs. I have tried to go to my personal physician, but his office staff tell me my doctor won't see me because of where I fell. Wal Mart will not refer me to a physician either. The Wal Mart representative tells me that I have to take care of all my medical treatment on my own, and that they will reimburse me after all treatrment is completed. I went to the ER and based on the x-rays, the ER doctor feels I may have a buldging disc in my lower back. I was told to follow up with a neurosurgeon. I am starting to get a little scared, I am not a wealthy person and now I can't even use my insurance. I don't really want to sue Wal Mart, but I'm starting to feel like I am being taken advantage of by one of the wealthiest companies in the US.

it seems like i dont really have much freedom to write as much as i want due to the character limit in this box.,
simply, i just feel like killing my self. i feel hopeless. i am of foreign citizenship while inside i feel like i belong to where i've spent the last 6 years of my life, california. now im back to my national country, and the customs here just dont make me feel like im home. the things i have to do here to survive just doesnt feel right and i feel very lost. What should i do?? i want to go back to my home that really feels like home. i feel like i should do my best to get American Citizenship but i just feel hopeless cuz i know that that will be really hard. therefore, now i just feel like killing myself. im lost, hopeless, and suicidal. i cant sleep at night. please help me.

Does it anger you that people smoke knowing the health dangers?

Maybe I am too health conscious and it gets my goat seeing people smoking like it is a fashion statement.

Then they get upset when they are diagnosed with the C word!

I am skinny on top but I have quite fat thighs- is there a way to tone up and lose weight on just that part of the body? I have tried running but that doesn't really help, it just builds up muscles in my quadraceps.

during my exams i started to get sections on my face where the colour just disappeard and it is overly white. the doctor said that i had no pigment in this area. i.e a pigmentation deficiency. the medical term for this in arabic is "bohaak" wat is it in english.

a few years ago I sprained my ankle by standing up on the side of my foot when I was exiting my vehical, I was seen at the E.R. and after x-rays I was given an air cast I wore it approx 2 wks. Later first thing in the morning it was feeling like I was stepping down on glass in the middle of my heel. Doc referred to foot specilist. after three different rounds of cotisone in middle of toes- side of baby toe- and middle of heel. at one point doc accidently stuck needle behind my ankle bone and I felt a pain shoot across the top of my foot and radiate up the outer side and up to baby toe all at once I jumped and yelled and when I looked down the needle was hanging out of my ankle the doc took back ahold of it and slowly pulled it out needless to say now my foot in it's entire is bothering me what can I do now it has been suggested that my nerve even be romoved nerve conduction tests shows damage what should I do as I can't take constent pain any longer?

Well you see Ive had this cavity for a while now (yes im a bad girl) and I have a dentist appointment but I want to know if my cavity is serious before I go.
So it bleads a little and it has a slight stench to it. There is no swelling or pain though. Unless if lets say A tiooth pick pokes inside the cavity, its pretty deep.
I know its gross but please help me!

And like i said before, I AM seeing a dentist.
