a few years ago I sprained my ankle by standing up on the side of my foot when I was exiting my vehical, I was seen at the E.R. and after x-rays I was given an air cast I wore it approx 2 wks. Later first thing in the morning it was feeling like I was stepping down on glass in the middle of my heel. Doc referred to foot specilist. after three different rounds of cotisone in middle of toes- side of baby toe- and middle of heel. at one point doc accidently stuck needle behind my ankle bone and I felt a pain shoot across the top of my foot and radiate up the outer side and up to baby toe all at once I jumped and yelled and when I looked down the needle was hanging out of my ankle the doc took back ahold of it and slowly pulled it out needless to say now my foot in it's entire is bothering me what can I do now it has been suggested that my nerve even be romoved nerve conduction tests shows damage what should I do as I can't take constent pain any longer?

Why would you think a radiologist is the right doctor? A radiologist specializes in the interpretation of medical images. Try a neurologist or pain specialist.
