during my exams i started to get sections on my face where the colour just disappeard and it is overly white. the doctor said that i had no pigment in this area. i.e a pigmentation deficiency. the medical term for this in arabic is "bohaak" wat is it in english.

This would be a condition either known as 'Vitiligo' or 'Leukoderma' (literally: leuko - white, derma - skin) It is quite unclear as to what causes these white patches. Some say it is due to an Auto-immune effect. However the original cause is quite unknown.

I am glad you visited a dermatologist to have it checked.
