Sounds very healthy to me, lots of good veggies, the only thing I can think of is that whole-wheat tortillas r better. ADDED: If you want to know the caloric content of the individual ingredients and then add them up, you can go to nutritiondata.com or calorieking.com, but I don't think you need too it doesn't sound like too many, probably under 500 total.

It's a terrible lunch. Where are your calories? Where is the protein? There isn't even any fiber. There aren't enough calories to satisfy a 6 month old baby. The tortilla is less than 100 calories and everything else is almost negligible (can be forgotten). You need to add 1/2 cup of fat-free refried beans (lots of protein and fiber) and it would be good to add 1/2 c ground and browned chicken, turkey or beef with spices added. The refried beans add probably 200 calories, and the meat probably adds 150. Altogether you have a very light lunch, around 500 calories. As a man, you should eat 2200 calories per day.
Now let's talk about your english. Are you not a North American? You need to get some serious tutoring if you can't spell tomatoes and lettuce.

You don't need meat to be healthy, but you do need protein. And that lunch would benefit with the addition of some cooked beans.
You didn't say how much of anything you're using, except the wrap. A typical flour tortilla has about 110 calories. Even a large amount of the vegetables might give you only another 110 calories. 220 calories is not enough for a good lunch.
Again, either add some beans to the wrap, or on the side. And add a piece of fruit to finish it all off. You'll end up with a meal at 500 to 600 calories, which is by no means excessive.

pretty healthy if the flour tortilla isn't made with any hydrogenated oils at all! About 400 calories. Very nice :)

i think it sounds extreemly healthy as when using wraps it avoids the use of butter or marge that would normally be put on bread plus youve got good veggies and im sure olives provide the good omega oils

Asou seem to be quite young you need proteins, loads of them. Insert beef among your favourite dishes.
