my eyes are really killing me. i THINK it might have been because i've cried every single day since sunday, and it started hurting right after i cried on monday. so does anyone know i can get them to stop hurting. its giving me a horrible headache, bad enough where i can't do alot of things anymore. so anyway, thanks.

place a cold towel across your close eyes for ten minutes, several times a day. This is going to take down the inflammation from crying. Also start using eye drops or lubricant to hydrate your eyes.
I recommend you drink mineral water mixed with purified water 50/50 to help hydrate your body. Drink beyond your thirst. This is going to help your eyes As well.

natural tears eye drops if they are dry
massage your head (facial muscles can be tense after a lot of crying) with some light muscle rub (steer clear of your eyes)
Have someone check your blood pressure.

Are your eyes itchy and dry? I would try some eye drops, or re-wetting drops. These always help freshen and moisturize your eyes.
