i really think that if you are trying to et help, you should look for good help, so you can get the help you need to get better. the best thing to do would be to contact your doctor and tell the nurse you have to talk to him and would like to make an appointment. if you are comfortable with telling her why, go ahead, if not, just say it is about eat habits. just say what you are comfortable. he can help you and refer you to a specalist he trusts. i hope you find someone good for you. good luck.
