You already know that your eating plan isn't working for you. The thing to find out is..what will work for you. Healthy foods are those that are not processed to death. White bread, white rice any junk food. The problem is that they are high in calories, fat and salt and have very little nutrition, vitamins minerals ect.. A good start might be to add a large salad once a day and as much fruit as you can manage. Try asking for no sauces on the burger and see if you can choose a bit healthier fast food, chicken grills instead of fried everything. What's really important is that you have to come to terms with an eating plan you can stick with so small steps to begin with. Otherwise you'll eventually go right back to the junk food and old habits. Once you give yourself a chance to see the healthy side of eating you'll look better, feel better and it will just get easier from there...Good luck.

Eat a well ballanced diet with foods from the five food groups. Watch your carbohydrates and exercise regularly! Watch the size of your portions!

Hair is dead. And so are nails. Hair has keratin, which is a protein. And it's important to keep it healthy. If you don't... then you get dandruff and split ends. No one wants to avoid wearing black and use the excuse, "It was just snowing outside..." haha
