First see your dentist for a cleaning and check if you have some cavities. Cavities can cause bad breath. But 50% of bad breath comes from the tongue, make sure you scrape it with a tongue scraper or a plastic spoon will do just stick your tounge out and scrape from the back towards the front gaging is normal. After that, risne with hydrogen peroxide then water. But don't forget to floss and brush your teeth. Just floss once a day thats all you need, do it before you go to sleep. Tip on flossing, when you floss 1) slide it in between teeth 2) then wrap it on one side of the tooth 3) slide it up and down 3 to 5 times but make sure you go underneath the gumline. then wrap in on the other side and do the samething. Its normal to see bleeding. the more you do flossing the more the bleeding fades away. Oh yeah you have to do this for the rest of your life.

Learn about side effects of any medications you are taking, use some listerine that gets rid of germs, brush your teeth for 4 minutes at least a day (2x a day 2 min ea. time) floss 2x a day, and use a tounge cleaner which is available at any pharmacy which basically you scrape your tounge to get rid of germs. But however there is no way to get rid of bad breath PERMANETLY because you will always have morning breath

No one can. Everytime bacteria is created/introduced in your mouth it causes bad breath. That means everytime you eat and odors coming up from your stomach cause bad breath to happen.
Best thing to do is brush often. Floss at least once a day. And Brush your TONGUE. You need to pull all of that bacteria off of your tongue which can make breath worse. And use a mouthwash.

take a car tree airfreshener, and tape to upper lip, when you exhale, the air will move over the tree and will smell like a new care, rather than phlem.
