No, the heart. Though when getting your tongue pierced was really big I was gonna have it done and I mentioned it to my doctor. He told me that piercing the tongue with a earring it never heals (like ears, nose etc..) and by doing it you increase the risk of contacting disease by close to 10 times the normal factors. Needless to say, I didn't get it done lol.
