when you get knocked out during surgery with gas or iv in oral surgery, do they wait till you go to sleep to give you the anesthetic before or after you go to sleep, because im terrified about needles

I dont consider myself fat, just a little over weight, like i got a little stomach, and a little big legs, and that doesnt really bother me, because in the school year, noone sees my stomach or the top of my legs, but they can see my face, and my face is big and fat, and thats not the worst part, i have a little bit of double chin, if i could just get rid of double chin then i would be happy

Im not fat, just a little overweight, and most of that is in my face and neck, how can I lose that double chin and fat cheeks???

life and have been told by a doc that they were panic attacks. Until recently they were seldom but recently i have been experiencing them every day. I actually went to the ER last week because I got so scared and couldn't breath and got real hot and sweaty and almost passed out. They did a EKG and chest X-RAY and a blood test ( for clots?) and all came back normal. It has never been this bad and i'm a little worried about what to do next. I am pretty healthy 135, 5'3 and 24ys/o. I did have a c-section with my 1st but no other health problems or history. I am on no meds and never have been. My dad says he also has this sort of pain sometimes he is 47. My grandparents are still alive but my greatg's did have some heart and cancer history. The pain is on the left side breast about 1 inch left of the breastbone and lasts anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes and feels like a sharp pull when i breath in or out. Especially when i breath deeply, i don't think it's anxeity all input is greatly apprecia

So many people dispose of unwanted drugs this way, plus what passes through their bodies. I understand all water goes to the purification plants only to be re-cycled back into our homes. How do we know if we are being affected? What checks are done? This is one of the reasons I will only drink bottled water.

I've already lost 3 in like 2 weeks but I'm trying to lose 6 more in 3 weeks. Last year I had successful surgery for epilepsy. Trouble is recently the daughter of a woman I work with died from epilepsy. Too much of her brain was damaged to operate on and therefore she would just have to suffer.
Also another person who I knew who had seizures has also died. He went into a major seizure and have sever shut down on his organs. So I feel guilty as I'm now able to control my seizures with drugs but others I know of have died :(.

My almost 5 year old son cries at the drop of a hat, especially when he does not get his way. I'm concerned because he seems to get upset over stupid things. Example: I put too much or too little cereal into his bowl and he flips out - crying and yelling that I did the wrong thing. He is so smart and knows how to say "may I please have more/less". Sometimes he will give the polite answer and be so good it blows me away. Other times he just flips out. At day care he will often cry when he cannot do something instead of asking for help.

There have been no stressful family or other issues that I can think of. His dad and I are happily married. We never give in to crying - we are very consistent and this has been occurring on and off for over a year. I cannot pinpoint an exact trigger.

Is this normal? If not, what should I do?
