it might unfortunately be just a twitch in your hormone productions but masturbation and ejaculation will not change that or is not a cause of it. (otherwise all sexually active males will have man-boobs.) Your body will not recognize the difference between masturbation and sexual intercourse with a partner.
other people suffer from that because they take steroids. they tinker with their hormones, thats why.
never think that masturbation will cause any severe complications aside from having tired arms and tired penis. but it is also not a good practice to announce to anyone what you do in private.

No ejaculation is related to only one thing, good feelings and a release of tensions.

No. Male breast enlargement is not related to ejaculation or masturbation. It is due to hormones, which will be there whether or not you masturbate.
