Between 108 at the least and 145 at the most! It's quite a range, but those are the weights that are a healthy BMI

According to BMI (body mass index) your ideal range is between 108 and 145 pounds. In kilograms that's between 49.1 and 65.9. It's a big range and depends a lot on your body shape and metabolism as well as how active you are.

I'd have to agree with sadirony somewhat

BMI=Weight(Pounds)* 703)/Height(inches)^2

as a range of 18.5-24.9 is what people are supposedly supposed to be to be healthy.

18.5=703 X / 64^2
X = 18.5 *64^2 / 703= 110 to meet scientific accuracy( actually 108 (approx.)

X = 24.9 * 64^2 /703 = 140 to scientific accuracy but actually comes to 145(approx.)

100-140 lbs is your healthy range.. a little over 140 would place you in an at risk category but is more than manageable.

but you shouldn't worry about numbers too much.. worry about being healthy.. not focusing on "I have to get to this weight"

walk, eat right/not light and drink lots of water.. if you don't weigh enough then make sure to eat healthy and hearty.. if you weigh a little too much, eat good food instead of junk food.. but keep eating well.. do NOT starve yourself .. you need lots of nutrients at your age and dieting is not what your body needs right now. It needs good food, and lots of it, and exercise.

P.S. if you just can't regulate your weight.. go to your FAMILY DOCTOR... I can't stress this enough.. do not look at the TV and pick a fad diet, don't listen to your friends.. family is touchy.. but even though they have your best interests at heart.. they don't always know what is actually best... see your DOCTOR.... they can help you continue on a healthy path.

EDIT: everyone, including myself, who was given at thumbs down has a correct or very nearly correct answer.. I do this for a living so trust me on this one.

110-130, with ideal being 120.

100lbs for 5 feet. + 5 lbs for every additional inch.

for females the rule is if you are 5'0 you should be 100 pounds. (give or take a bit) then for every inch above 5'0 you add 5 pounds so at 5'4 a healthy weight would be 120.

anywhere from 110 to 145 is your ideal weight....but since you are still a teenager, you should probally be near the high end of that spectrum....

maybe 115-125lbs? depends on your body type ...

I'm 14, 5'9'',120lbs and I'd say I'm slim.

In other words, I'd say that if you can pinch and inch (or two!) everywhere, you should be healthy.
