Okay, i'm going to post this in both the mental health section and the religion and spirituality section, since I don't really know which it belongs in.

I've always been obsessed with theology. I started becoming completely taken in by it when I was about 7, and was amazed by the different belief systems and religions of the world. I hopped from church to church and from religion to religion, on the one hand wanting to 'settle down' into the 'true religion' and on the other hand just wanting to learn and see as much as possible.

I've just turned 18, and it's starting to seem like a burden. The problem isn't just 'finding the right religion' (although, undoubtedly, that's a part of it) but rather an unceasing power it has over my life - even my dreams are religious. My whole life it's been an almost schizophrenic thought-pattern, and I never seem to be able to escape thinking about it.

It's not necessarily a bad thing, it's just who I am, and i've learned a lot, but I can't

I'm 25 years old and very overweight. I am currently trying to lose 50-60lbs., and am 5'10. I am going about it sensibly- eating right, cutting calories and joining a gym to introduce cardio into my daily routine, but am worried about my breasts. I have big, natural, round and perky 38DD breasts, and I fear that with losing that amount of weight, i will end up with deflated, floppy breasts with excess skin. My firm, plump breasts are my best asset, and although I should expect them to shrink, I am wondering if there is anything I can do to prevent them from getting saggy. Will losing the weight slowly (about 2lbs a week) prevent such? Will cardio alone help, or should I also do light weight training? I have also heard that tofu can improve skins elacticity. Anyone with some insight?

I'm reading about the Orgasm Diet by Marrena Lindberg and wonder if anyone there had tryed it and if worked. You know, we can never have too much, so maybe it is worth to try....
Please if you tried let me know if you put on weight, I found the meals a bit high in fat!

Thank u girls.....

I am considering gastric bypass, but a few friends of mine had i should consider to try and loose the weight myself. It does seem a much healthier alternative, but I don't know if I can do it. Any suggestions?!

I have bipolar and an upcoming ssi hearing. I had benefits before but a past judge took them away because he thought i was lying about my mental illness. My lawyer won the right for a different judge at a new hearing. My therapist diagnosed me. My doctor thinks i only have narcisstic personality disorder, dysthymia, severe depression, and impulse control disorder. She's no help. My lawyer agrees I deserve the benefits and fels that the judge had no right to take away the benefits i applied on my own to receive after being denied at a previous hearing. Would you please give me an thoughts you have on this and what you feel i need to do to be able to obtain my benefits once and for all? thanks.

I have a great deal of weight to lose and I can't find a reason to feel passionate about working out. I know you're supposed to work out to become healthier or because you love yourself, etc, etc. But I need something more than that.

I already know the activities I enjoy doing (strength training, power walking, yoga, pilates, kickboxing). Yet enjoying those activities still doesn't get me fired up. Setting goals such as doing so many workouts per week doesn't do it either.

You know how some people want to lose weight because they want to look good at a reunion or in a wedding dress or something like that? Or, you know how people decide they want to run their very first marathon and they become obsessed with training for it? I want to find a reason that means so much to me that I am motivated to work out first thing in the morning, in the heat, twice a day, or do whatever it takes. Can anyone suggest how I can find that passion?

She's 2 yrs old 9.7 lbs. I know that she needs to lose weight but I am afraid to walk her because of the pain - not sure how severe it is though - need suggestions for exercises and/or putting a split on her leg to support it so she can walk. I am cutting back her food and going to give her vitamins and glucosamine and she is on a pain killer. Going to see the vet Monday to diagnose severity but want to do everything I can in the meantime to help her. If anyone is familiar with this and can give me suggestions please let me know. Thx.

Ok, I live a pretty sad existence. I am OBSESSED with food. Really, all I ever think about is when my family will be out of the house and I can raid our pantry. I eat until I literally am in pain and then throw it up, every last bite. I do this at least twice, maybe three to eight times, every day. I don't want to be like this and I know it is harming my body. At first I started for the weight loss (at 5'6" I went from 118 to 96) but now I just want to stop.

I need help, I know, but I cannot possibly let anyone know this. What can I do that doesn't involve turning myself in to my parents or anyone else I know?

Hi. I have been dealing with this disorder for quite awhile and even though i wouldnt admit it, i came up to realise that this is not normal.. and i would like to know what it is/ and what should i do about it.

Financially, i don't have the money to pay for a psychologist right now..

I always have this weird feeling of being hypher, like when i'm watching t.v and i switch it to the sports channel and see a basketball match, i'll suddenly have a brush of energy that will make me get up and play basketball ... it's like i have a feeling that i'm gonna be the best at that. it's really weird!!.. or sometimes i watch a pretty good movie, Like ali? or something.. then after the movie i'll have this fascination of being a boxer.. and might even think about boxing!.. and again, i'd have a feeling that i'd be really good if i did that, or if i did this etc!.. I'm easily influenced.. it's pretty weird..

And i can't sit still for a few minutes its always i gotta have to be doing something..

I am in my 20's and have had a small "A" cup my entire life. I am plannning on getting a boob job in December. I don't want to go too big, maybe just larger C's.

I wanted to know if anyone had small breast and got them augmented? Any regrets? Was it harder to find clothes? Back Problems? Did they "sag" after a year? I just want to know an insider's opinion. You can only do so much research before you have to ask someone who has actually had it. Thanks!
