what are possible reasons for breast soreness?
i'm definately not pregnant.

I get it all the time. It's normal, sometimes caused by sleeping on them wrong. Go to the doctors and get a breast exam if your really worried.

Stress can cause sore breasts. So can sleeping funny on them.
Could it be menopause? (Don't know your age, sorry)
I'd see a doctor anyways. You don't want to mess with the diseases you can get in those puppies!

It could be you are gonna start your period or maybe it's your birth control, if you're taking one. Don't drink so many sodas, that could be it too! Oh and do a breast examination.

As boobs get bigger they get sore. There could be a lump. Do a brest exam on yourself and if that isnt it (or is) go see a doc.

hormone flux due to ovulating is most likely...
If it persists... then it could be something like a tumor or cyst.
Mine will commonly get sore during ovulation... but not always.

Have you been on the Pill? Or it might be a hormonal imbalance. It's best to ask your gynecologist.
