Infact most of the diseases develop due to strong negative stress on our mind, particularly Blood pressure and Diabetes.
Stress or strong emotions leads to release of corticosteroids from our adrenal glands and also adrenaline, which leads to immediate rush of glucose in our blood. Thus there is rise in blood pressure and sugar levels in our blood.
So to avoid BP fluctuations and Sugar level fluctuations, try some meditation and relaxation techniques rather than synthetic drugs or chemical based medicine. Try some herbal medicines. You can consult any Ayurveda , Herbal specialist online or in your town. you can consult at www.planetayurveda.com as well. Consultations are free .

Strong emotions may increase blood pressure and pulse but not by very much and not enough to cause a concern. Strong emotions most certainly do not elevate glucose (sugar) levels. Prolonged stress however may lead to temporary elevations in glucose but again not enough to cause a concern.

They can. Strong emotions frequently lead to increases in adrenalin which, in turn, can raise both blood pressure and blood glucose. The effects, however, are generally short term.

I know that when I take my blood pressure at home it is normal but when they take it at the Dr.'s office it is sky high. My doctor said this was normal because nobody ever wants to be at the doctor anyway
