I'm going back to school soon, and I was wondering if I just had a fruit salad, and a soymilk juice box thing, would it be bad?

Dont listen to "thin is in"! Eat a good meal and DONT starve yourself.

Not bad at all ☺

The fruit is healthy and the soymilk will provide some protein. Just make sure you eat enough to satisfy you...

...and get a healthy breakfast in (that should be your largest meal) and a good supper with lean meat and veggies.

it is bad to eat just a fruit salad and soy milk at lunch. The fruit does not have any nutritional value except for natural sugar. You need some sort of fatty lipids for your body to function properly. Try adding a wheat wrap wit some fat free turkey and a slice of cheese is you are concerned about weight.

I'd suggest adding some protein. The fruit and milk are mostly carbs. They are good carbs, of course, but, I'd guess, within a few hours you'd be very hungry. If you're not into eating meat of some sort or eggs in some form, at the very least, bring along some nuts.
