hmmm...it could be a lot of things...it could be a Bartholin's cyst which is caused by a "clogged duct"...it could be an HPV wart...is there any color or are they just 'bumps'? also, how long ago did you notice these? are you currently sexually active? do you use contraception? more questions need to be asked to pinpoin the exact cause of these non painful bumps. schedule an appointment with your OB/GYN or Primary care doctor or visit a community health clinic for best advice. good luck!

My best guess is genital warts. You could have caught these from a partner, they are very contagious. One more reason to always use condoms!
However, I'm not a medical doctor. Get to a health care professional of some sort, and don't have sex until you do. You could pass these on to someone else. If it turns out that these are warts, your doctor can tell you how to best protect any future partners from catching them from you. I'm hoping its' something else. Good luck!

If they look flesh like they could be warts. These aren't anything to worry about. But you should go to your gyno or Planned Parenthood. God Bless

make a trip to your doctor or local health department and get tested for HPV. do not just ignore it. find out what it is before it gets any worse

They are probably just sebaceous cysts. Not harmful at all. But get checked out just in case.

your best choice is to go see a doctor instead of asking people on yahoo. wait about one week and if it does not go away go to your doctor.
