Im 5'6''. Im 13. Im also very athletic. But I wieght 145. I knowmuscle wiegh more than fat. But I want to know What others have to say. If you consider that fat give some ideas on how to slim down.

no ure ok from experince when i was 13 i was 171 pounds i was active u will go up and down if you want to stay in shape just eat healty im 31 now i have lost 72 lbs in 6 months u can do it to if you wanting to lose weight u are still young be happy god loves you no matter

well...dont take it in any mean way shape or form..but your a bit short to weigh 145 for a girl..now if your not fat dont worry about it..im a 16 year old dude and im 6 foot 1 and i weigh 163

I'm 14 5'5" and weigh 133lbs, I'm also very athletic, when someone calls me fat, I just show them up in the water! lol (i'm an athletic team swimmer)

i think that prolly a little over for you, and your still young when you get older you gonna gain more and it be harder to lose weight so you better start now, eat least, or eat more veggie and fruit instead of meat and sweet stuff, and do cardio
