She's 2 yrs old 9.7 lbs. I know that she needs to lose weight but I am afraid to walk her because of the pain - not sure how severe it is though - need suggestions for exercises and/or putting a split on her leg to support it so she can walk. I am cutting back her food and going to give her vitamins and glucosamine and she is on a pain killer. Going to see the vet Monday to diagnose severity but want to do everything I can in the meantime to help her. If anyone is familiar with this and can give me suggestions please let me know. Thx.

The best thing you can do for your little baby is get her to the vet before Monday. You need to have a complete diagnosis. I have used acupuncture on my dogs For all types of reasons including bad knees and it has done wonders for them. Find out about a vet that does acupuncture in your area.
